Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a reliable janitorial associate to maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly facilities across assigned buildings.

You will perform high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and outdoor duty as part of a team dedicated to guest comfort and safety. The role requires basic knowledge of janitorial work, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and physical stamina to lift and move supplies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of janitorial work.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Sufficiently communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Operate powered and non-powered janitorial equipment.
• Interpret written warning labels on cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning around room.
• Bathroom cleaning and toilet maintenance.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Floor dusting, mopping, and vacuuming using proper technique.
• Outdoor grounds care and periodic cleaning of sidewalks.
