Job summary

You will support customer relations by keeping public areas tidy and responding to needs with courtesy. The position emphasizes adherence to safety procedures, proper use of cleaning chemicals, and consistent daily completion of tasks across multiple areas

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Familiarity with chemical safety and MSDS.

Responsibilities

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder level.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning of surfaces below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing.
• Emptying trash and replacing liners.
• Floor dusting, vacuuming and edge cleaning.
• Grounds care and outdoor area upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness of public common areas and food court.
• Floor sanitizing with germicidal solution.
• Inspect room and ensure proper furniture placement and cleanliness.
