Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. seeks a dedicated janitorial associate to maintain clean, sanitary guestrooms and public areas within assigned facilities. Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and basic grounds upkeep.

The role requires attentiveness to safety, ability to follow instructions, and reliable teamwork. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting and standing for extended periods, and able to work in a hospitality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial methods, materials and equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Capable of operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform high dusting and sanitizing of surfaces around the room.
• Clean bathrooms with germicidal solutions and restock supplies.
• Empty trash, wipe and sanitize surfaces, and maintain clean public areas.
• Floor care including mopping, vacuuming and spot cleaning as assigned.
• Assist with grounds care and outdoor housekeeping as needed.
