Job summary

ArchGrille, located in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a full-time Facility Cleaner to clean and maintain the entire facility in a timely and accurate manner. Reports to Facility Maintenance Manager and follows OSHA safety rules.

Responsibilities include cleaning the facility, disposing of garbage, maintaining rental properties, cleaning kitchen and locker areas, and performing additional duties as required. PTO, holidays, and annual reviews are described in the benefits section.

We are seeking a full timeFacility Cleanerwho can clean and maintain the entire facilityin a timely and accurate manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clean and conduct maintenance on the entire facility
• Dispose garbage appropriately
• Maintain other rental properties
• Must follow OSHA safety rules and procedures
• Clean and maintain kitchen area
• Clean and maintain locker room
• Perform other duties as required

Working Conditions:

• Manual dexterity to handle parts / items
• May have to carry heavy items

Pay Scale:TBD

Bonus Bucket: (depends on hourly pay)

Introductory Period / Evaluation: 90 Days

Accrue PTO:Immediate

Paid Holidays:30 Days

Performance Review: 180 Days

Paid Time Off (PTO):

• Beginning 1/1 after completion of six (6) months: 10 PTO's
• Beginning 1/1 after completion of two (2) years: 12 PTO’s
