Job summary

ArchGrille, a division of Giumenta Corporation, is hiring a full-time CNC Laser/Punch Operator experienced with Amada and/or Trumpf equipment in Brooklyn, NY. This role supports the factory team and reports to the Production Manager, offering an hourly pay structure with a comprehensive PTO plan.

You will load/unload materials, set up tooling, review shop drawings, and perform dimensional inspections while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Amada and/or Trumpf experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints.
• Basic computer and electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Amada and/or Trumpf CNC laser/punch machinery.
• Monitor and change tooling as needed.
• Load and unload material efficiently.
• Perform dimensional inspection of products.
• Enter programs and maintain files.
• Review shop drawings and job orders for specifications.
• Set up gas tanks and ensure safe operation.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.

Description: Architectural Grille, a Division of Giumenta Corporation, located at 42 Second Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11215 is a family owned and operated manufacturing company that has been in business since 1945.

We are seeking a full time experienced CNC Laser / Punch Operator who can use Amada and/orTrumpf machinery to perform jobs in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Amada and/or Trumpf experience
• Monitor and change tooling as needed
• Load and unload material
• Perform dimensional inspection of product as required
• Enter programs into computer and maintain files
• Review shop drawings and job orders to determine specifications and requirements
• Set up gas tanks
• Follow safety rules
• Perform other duties as required
