Job summary

Disney is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee facility asset management projects from scoping through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver high-quality results while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Manager of Programs and requires coordinating with multiple lines of business to meet business objectives and minimize operational impact.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in project/construction management or related field and 2+ years of applicable hands-on project/construction experience.
• Proven knowledge of project management process and ability to manage portfolios over $4M annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, design, and execution plans with emphasis on schedule control.
• Lead planning, development, and closeout of project phases including budget and cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and stakeholders to meet objectives and client expectations.
• Prepare and present executive-level updates and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety plans, OSHA requirements, and corporate standards.
