Job summary
Disney is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Facility Asset Management) to ensure projects are properly scoped, designed, and executed with strict scope, budget, and schedule control. You will lead from inception to completion, reporting to the Manager of Programs and coordinating with internal and external teams.
The role emphasizes cost efficiency, timely communication with partners, and maintaining accurate EFCs for financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Requires four‑year college degree in project/construction management or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on project/construction experience (or 8+ years with 2 years college).
- Proven knowledge of project management, budgeting, scheduling, and cost forecasting.
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, or industrial construction; theme park experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are scoped, designed, and executed within budget and schedule.
- Lead project scope development and option analyses with estimators and schedulers.
- Manage project timelines to minimize Operations impact and communicate status with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects that meet business objectives.
