Job summary

The ideal candidate will have ARF Administrator Certification, supervisory experience in residential care, knowledge of Title 17/22, and the ability to travel statewide as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff development and training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of Herald Home and oversee the Community Crisis Home program.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, including scheduling and training.
• Exercise independent judgment on staffing, resident care coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure coverage and continuity of care.
• Participate in hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Title 17/Title 22, DDS, and licensing standards.
• Coordinate with Regional Centers, DDS, CCLD, and other agencies for admissions and transitions.
• Travel statewide to meet clients and care teams and participate in pre-admission assessments.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
