Job summary

So Cal Training Team Media Group seeks an experienced ARF Administrator (Level 6) to lead and develop a residential facility. The role oversees daily operations, compliance, and fiscal management while ensuring consumer rights and staff performance.

Qualified candidates have ARF Administrator certificates (CA), DSP 1 & 2, CPI, and pass all background checks. This is a full-time, in-person position with salary negotiable.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of ARF Administrator experience in a Level 6 facility.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 21+ years of age with California driver’s license.
• Pass Federal and State background clearance, drug, and health screening.
• Must possess ARF Administrator certificate and CPI certificates.
• Ability to sustain and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the facility and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative and fiscal management of the facility.
• Assess program efficacy and address deficiencies.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Maintain relationships with consumers, staff, healthcare providers, and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive residence and grounds.
• Other duties as assigned by the Licensee.
