Job summary

Healthhire is seeking an administrator to act as liaison between the Governing Body and Facility Personnel, drive performance improvement, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic resource allocation, and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and the community. On-site position in California with responsibilities spanning operations and governance.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state where practicing.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Strong communication, management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between Governing Body and Facility Personnel.
• Implementing performance improvement initiatives to ensure that residents are continuously improving.
• Directing and monitoring compliance with federal and state regulations and laws.
• Coordinating compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintaining strong positive relationships with resident, families, personnel, physicians, and the community.
• Allocating resources to effectively carry out facility programs.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training competent and committed staff.
• Fostering cooperative rapport with and between departments fostering the importance of each staff member’s contributions to the facility.
• Positioning the facility to operate in a successful manner.
