GardaWorld Security is seeking a Security Officer - Warehouse in Paulsboro, NJ. You will manage access control, verify identities, and log all truck/visitor activity while maintaining a secure, organized site.

The role involves monitoring CCTV, producing detailed incident reports, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed. A strong eye for detail and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Professional, confident communication with employees, visitors, and drivers
• Sharp attention to detail and concentration
• Comfortable with computers, logs, and access control systems
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility and verify identities of employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers
• Check in and log trucks, trailers, and deliveries at the gate
• Issue and track visitor badges and maintain entry logs
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems from the guard post
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, or potential threats
• Report security system malfunctions or vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer - Warehouse , you will be the person checking in every employee, visitor, and driver, keeping the site organized and spotting threats before they escape. From the guard desk to the truck gate, you are the first line of protection for the facility.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Paulsboro, NJ (New Jersey SORA License Required)
• Set schedule 1: Full time. Monday-Friday, Second Shift, 2:30PM-10:30PM (40 Hours Per Week)
• Set schedule 2: Part time. Mondays Only, 7AM-5PM (10 Hours Per Week)

• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Professional, confident communication with employees, visitors, and drivers
• Sharp attention to detail and exceptional concentration skills
• Comfortable with computers, logs, and access control systems
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
