GardaWorld Security is seeking a Corporate Security Officer for our Oaks, PA campus. You will perform interior and exterior patrols and manage access control to ensure a secure, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

The role requires a professional demeanor, strong situational awareness, and solid report-writing skills. Active driver’s license and U.S. work eligibility are essential as is the ability to pass screenings and work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License required.
• 2–3 years of professional security, military, or law enforcement experience, preferably corporate/financial services/office.
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including report writing.
• Professional appearance and demeanor for a corporate office setting.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols with a visible, professional presence to protect personnel and property.
• Monitor surveillance, access control points, and site activity to identify issues early.
• Enforce site policies and access control with confidence for a seamless employee/visitor experience.
• Greet and verify employees, visitors, and vendors per security protocols.
• Manage visitor check-in and badging; maintain visitor logs.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs per corporate standards.
• Collaborate with site leadership and facilities to uphold GardaWorld's security excellence.

We're seeking experienced, detail-driven security professionals who take pride in vigilance, presentation, performance and leadership. As a CORPORATE SECURITY OFFICER, you'll be the standard bearer for safety and professionalism at a premier corporate campus, responsible for access control, site patrols and maintaining a secure, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgement and a polished, corporate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols, maintaining a visible and professional presence that protects personnel, property and information
• Monitor surveillance systems, access control points, and site activity, identifying and addressing potential issues before they elevate
• Enforce site policies and access control procedures with confidence and composure, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and guests
• Greet and verify employees, visitors, and vendors with a customer-service approach while upholding security protocols
• Manage visitor check-in/badging processes and maintain accurate visitor logs
• Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports and daily activity logs that reflect the documentation standards expected at a corporate site
• Partner with site leadership and facilities staff to maintain a safe, professional environment that reflects GardaWorld's commitment to excellence

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License required
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional security, military, or law enforcement experience, preferably within a corporate, financial services, or office environment
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
• Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a corporate office setting
• Proven ability to remain alert and composed throughout long or routine shifts
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license (if required)
