Job summary

Getty Images is seeking a highly organized Facilities professional to serve as the on-site representative for the department, owning day-to-day office environment tasks and delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven experience for employees, visitors, executives, and stakeholders.

You will manage employee support, workspace operations, vendor coordination, and event setup while balancing strategic priorities with daily needs in a dynamic, hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace services or related field.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgement.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and partners.
• Deliver hospitality-driven workplace experiences that boost engagement and productivity.
• Coordinate visitor registrations and logistics from arrival to departure.
• Ensure conference rooms and collaboration areas are clean, functional, and equipped.
• Assist with onboarding and workspace setup, access requests, and equipment readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely maintenance and supply delivery.
• Administer desk reservation systems and workplace data reporting.
• Monitor office utilization and identify opportunities to improve services.
