Job summary

Auction.com, the nation's leading online platform for buying and selling residential bank-owned and foreclosure properties, is seeking a Facilities Manager in Irvine, CA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, building systems, safety, vendor relationships, and employee events to create a safe and welcoming workplace.

The role includes budget management, recordkeeping, and coordination with HR and internal teams to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility management or related field.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and service agreements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional workplace.
• Manage building systems, including HVAC, utilities, equipment, and maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain records of facility conditions, equipment, repairs, warranties, and service agreements.
• Ensure adequate inventory of facility supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, and budget adherence.
• Oversee safety, security, OSHA compliance, and emergency plans.
• Plan and coordinate employee events and workplace experiences.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for facility-related needs across the organization.
