Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of all types and functions of elevators including applicable codes and regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in physical plant operations or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Current State of California Driver's License.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and coworker assignments effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned facilities area and shifts.
• Provide technical guidance and direct supervision of coworkers to ensure safety and service excellence.
• Manage staffing coverage, training, coaching, and performance management in line with health system policies.
• Foster continuous improvement and strong cross-team communication across the Health System.
