You will support contracting and closing, serving as a primary contact for buyers, agents, lenders, and closing offices to ensure timely, accurate transaction completion.

The role handles high volumes of calls and emails, reviews documents for completeness, coordinates deadlines, and works with accounting to resolve funding variances.

Qualifications

• High volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and email communications.
• Review and audit transaction documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and email communications related to active real estate transactions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for buyers, agents, lenders, closing companies, and third-party vendors throughout the transaction process.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate transaction activities and facilitate communication among all parties to ensure deadlines and closing requirements are met.
• Respond to email and phone messages within 24 hours.
• Review transaction documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements.
• Partner with the Accounting team to resolve funding variances and ensure proper application of funds received on active offers.
