Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general office operations across teams in Southern California.

• Own seating, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Oversee office maintenance, preventive maintenance, and swift issue resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, and related services.
• Plan, manage, and deliver workplace projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external events with seamless execution.
• Monitor office supplies and equipment to meet operational needs.
• Communicate workplace updates clearly to employees.
