Job summary

Genesys Menlo Park seeks a Facilities and Workplace Safety Coordinator to support daily operations, safety, and the employee experience. You will welcome employees and visitors, manage meeting spaces, and partner with the Workplace Community Team to keep areas organized, welcoming, and engaging.

This onsite role offers exposure to facilities operations, safety compliance, onboarding, and cross-team coordination while collaborating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Provide a high level of customer service while building relationships with employees, visitors, vendors and partners.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome employees, visitors, guests, and vendors and provide professional, service-oriented support.
• Serve as a first point of contact for workplace inquiries and coordinate conference room bookings.
• Maintain reception areas and shared spaces, ensuring they are organized and welcoming.
• Coordinate access card issuance, returns, and guest passes with internal teams.
• Manage mail, courier deliveries, and office supplies; coordinate vendor requests and facilities maintenance.
• Support safety procedures, inspections, and emergency preparedness in collaboration with the Security team.
