Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Facilities and Workplace Safety Coordinator in Menlo Park to support daily operations, safety, and an engaging workplace. You will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, and assist with conference room scheduling and office logistics.

You will collaborate with the Facilities Manager and Security team on safety, documentation, vendor coordination, and ongoing workplace programs, while handling admin tasks and onboarding support onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Service‑minded approach with employees, visitors and vendors.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; confidential handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and vendors; answer inquiries.
• Coordinate conference room bookings and office logistics.
• Maintain reception and shared spaces; support safety procedures.
• Assist facilities operations, mail, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Support onboarding, events, and team experiences onsite.
• Collaborate with Security and Facilities Manager on safety and compliance.
