Responsibilities include coordinating daily facility needs, assisting with moves and reconfigurations, arranging furniture and meeting spaces, and serving as the point of contact for visitors and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of facilities coordination or similar experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily facility needs to ensure a clean, safe, and functional workplace.
• Partner with property management to identify, report, and resolve building maintenance issues.
• Assist with office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and facility improvement projects.
• Arrange furniture, equipment, and meeting spaces for daily operations, training sessions, and events.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, senior leadership, and external vendors.
