• Database input, retrieval, and reporting.
• Experience with comprehension and application of policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with current Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, serving as a liaison between Facilities Management and the campus community by phone, in person, and through e-mail.
• Assign appropriate shops and administrative funding to work orders in the Assetworks (AiM) System.
• Track and follow up on work requests to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with constituents regarding scheduled events.
• Process Motor Pool reservations.
• Distribute reports and communicate them to facilities shops.
