Job summary

Halo Pharmaceutical is seeking an Associate Manager of Utilities and Facilities to direct the Whippany and Walsh Drive sites. This 100% onsite role oversees maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and cost-center budgets with a focus on efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record in facility operations management, including CAPA investigations and SOP maintenance at a CDMO.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and move in confined spaces.
• Supervisory experience in management, operations or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Whippany and Walsh Drive facility process and utilities maintenance and housekeeping departments.
• Ensure facilities, utilities and equipment are maintained and operated safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with site upper management to meet organizational needs.
• Communicate site goals to direct reports.
• Initiate investigations and implement CAPAs for process or facility issues.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure budgets are adhered to.
• Oversee preventive maintenance related to SDF, packaging and sterile areas.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory permits and SAP Work Order system usage.
• Manage Capex requirements and performance metrics for facilities.
