Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Director Maintenance to join our team at the Hopewell, NJ site. The role ensures a 24x7 GMP manufacturing facility operates reliably and in compliance, with close collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams.

You will provide technical direction, project management support, commissioning and SME expertise in facility, maintenance, metrology, CMMS and equipment. This role reports to the Senior Director Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of GMP facilities/maintenance experience in pharma.
• Quality focus with Good Documentation Practices and CAPA management.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Metrology, CMMS, and Facilities teams.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for systems.
• Commission, qualify and validate responsible systems.
• Manage buildings and facility assets; troubleshoot equipment and utilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; support small projects.
• Ensure operations in a 24x7 GMP manufacturing environment.
