Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Manager, Facilities at its Philadelphia, PA site, a 100% onsite role Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm. You will oversee the Facilities Department, ensure compliance, and maintain safe operations across the campus, including alarm response and preventive maintenance.

You will lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage HVAC, environmental monitoring, and emergency power systems in a GMP environment. Join Catalent’s global team driving clinical supply excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree preferred with 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience, or Associate degree with 10+ years and 3 years supervisory/managerial experience
• Leadership experience at Catalent may count in place of external experience
• Strong contractor and vendor management skills are preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise alarm response processes including off-hours response
• Monitor and maintain safe conditions during extreme weather across the campus
• Directly manage assigned personnel including scheduling, coaching, and performance appraisals
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, HVAC, environmental monitoring, and emergency generators
• Develop and administer Preventive Maintenance programs for facilities and equipment
• Enforce SOPs, regulations, and safety policies
• Communicate facilities issues to stakeholders in a timely, thorough manner
• Interface with all levels to assess site needs for space, systems, repairs, or cleaning
• Support other duties as assigned
