Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing maintenance, utilities, or facilities within pharma/biotech or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams including maintenance, utilities, and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, GMP utilities) and biologics manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, utilities, calibration, and reliability to ensure safe, compliant site operations.
• Manage the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) vendor, KPIs, service delivery, and budget.
• Ensure reliable operation of plant utilities and systems (HVAC, WFI, steam, compressed air, process gases).
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and CAPEX related to facilities and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability and OEE.
• Support capital projects, expansions, and equipment installations with planning and coordination.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance, work orders, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audits and CAPA activities.
