Responsibilities

• Oversee B&G work orders and calendar management for the team
• Lead and mentor staff, manage vendors and contractors
• Coordinate with departments and communicate project status
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and building regulations
