Job summary

You will perform routine and complex maintenance, develop schedules, mentor staff, and coordinate with supervisors to deliver timely repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or demonstrated competency to perform the work.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation/controls systems is preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge across multiple skilled trades.
• Maintains up-to-date preventive maintenance programs and asset documentation.
• Mentors technicians and advises supervisors on system problems and solutions.
• Coordinates maintenance tasks and evaluates corrective actions to minimize downtime.
