Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED with five years of progressively responsible experience in the trade(s) including at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of building operating systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications; supervise and train staff; ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance mechanics across multiple trades to complete projects.
• Maintain and improve building operating systems to ensure reliability and safety for occupants.
• Train staff on control systems, troubleshooting, and proper operation of equipment.
• Coordinate work with in-house teams and external contractors for repairs and capital projects.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure continuous operation of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
