Job summary

The Technology House is seeking a working maintenance supervisor in Solon, OH to maintain safe buildings, grounds, and machines per a maintenance schedule. You will supervise staff, inspect facilities, and coordinate with management on budgets and vendor contracts.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience, strong mechanical skills, and solid communication. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and hands‑on maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; advanced technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or supervisory roles.
• Proficient with basic computer literacy and documentation.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility systems and equipment are in working order (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Maintain exterior and interior of buildings and grounds.
• Schedule inspections and perform repairs as needed; document outcomes.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; enforce safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor work and negotiate repair contracts; manage budgeting.
