Job summary

Digital Room Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Solon, OH to lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime across production lines. You will diagnose issues, manage parts, and ensure safe, efficient operation with cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, leadership experience, and the ability to read schematics and manuals. Willingness to work rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical cert or associate degree preferred.
• Proven industrial maintenance experience with leadership or lead technician roles.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with knowledge of control systems.
• Experience reading diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Safety-focused with lockout/tagout knowledge; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, assign tasks, and prioritize daily work.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions across teams.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety procedures; train operators on basics.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and vendors for upgrades.
