Job summary

Digital Room LLC in Solon, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and safeguard equipment availability in our plant. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA standards; strong leadership and hands-on troubleshooting are essential.

The role requires coordinating with operations and engineering, maintaining accurate records, and managing spares, budgets, and vendor

Qualifications

Must have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to diagnose and repair machinery and control systems.
Experience leading maintenance teams and prioritizing preventive maintenance.
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to ensure safe, productive operations.
Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Diagnose equipment faults, perform repairs, and oversee replacements as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance records of work performed and parts used.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and leadership to improve machine performance and reliability.
Oversee calibration, testing, and compliance with safety standards (OSHA).
