The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of advanced trade skills (carpentry, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, or painting). You will respond to emergencies, coordinate with vendors, maintain records, and support project work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of advanced trade skills (carpentry, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, painting) are required.
• Ability to learn, remember, focus, and work under stress; strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently.
• Respond to emergencies as required.
• Maintain work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Ensure safe upkeep and repairs of facilities and equipment per policies.
• Develop and follow preventative maintenance schedules and document tasks.
• Inspect facilities regularly and report compliance issues to the Program Manager.
