Digital Room is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Solon, OH to lead a maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable production. You will oversee preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment upgrades while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with production leadership.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, leadership, and teamwork to improve machine performance and maintain equipment reliability in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certs or associate degree preferred.
Experience in industrial or machine maintenance with leadership experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, understanding of control systems.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support the maintenance team.
Schedule preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Monitor performance and provide coaching and guidance.
Coordinate coverage to minimize downtime and support production.
