Digital Room is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Solon, OH. The role leads the maintenance team to uphold safety, reliability, and efficiency of plant equipment. You will plan preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement with production and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, supervisory experience, and a proven track record of maintaining safe and compliant manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial or machine maintenance with leadership or supervisory background.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with understanding of machine operation and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to promote safety and productivity.
• Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose malfunctions across mechanical, electrical, and control systems and coordinate repairs.
