Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, daily rounds, alarm monitoring, and collaboration with the Facilities team to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years combined experience in industrial facilities/maintenance.
• Ability to read drawings, document work, and use CMMS for task lists.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building systems maintenance including lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC support.
• Execute preventive maintenance and safety compliance activities; document work in CMMS.
• Conduct daily rounds, monitor alarms, and coordinate with supervisor and other technicians.
• Assist senior staff on projects, equipment builds, and infrastructure improvements.
• Assist with moves, reconfigurations, and event support; review and plan outages.
