Job summary

LEGOLAND Parks in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and install various equipment and installations across the park. You will support the facilities supervisor with a focus on golf cart maintenance and broad building maintenance tasks in a safety‑driven environment.

The role requires hands‑on mechanical experience, ASE certification preferred, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations.
• Willingness to use own vehicle for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and emergency repairs on vehicles, fleet golf carts, and other equipment.
• Identifies, reports, and documents maintenance issues, risks, and repair needs.
• Operates basic machine tools (drill presses, grinders, saws, etc.).
• Ensures all equipment, tools, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Logs preventive maintenance activities accurately in the INFOR EAM system.
