Job summary

Callaway Golf Company is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance engineer to own and optimize mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and data center infrastructure across campus. You will develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reduce risk.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, CMMS management, and coordinating contractors for capital and expansion projects, with a focus on reliability, energy efficiency, and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience maintaining commercial/industrial facility infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years of advanced HVAC and central plant system experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred; OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner for building mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Lead fault analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.
• Manage CMMS records, work orders, and spare parts inventories.
• Coordinate with contractors and capital improvement projects.
