Job summary

Sunroad Automotive Group is seeking a Part Time Facilities Maintenance Technician in Poway, CA. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting the club's facilities and grounds equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for members and guests. Duties include routine maintenance, troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and possesses strong knowledge of various maintenance practices and tools.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance or building maintenance experience.
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on club facilities.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
