• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple facility locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems per safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using hand and power tools to minimize downtime.
• Read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and manuals for tasks.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to prioritize work orders and respond to emergencies.
