Job summary

American Injectables is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee and coordinate maintenance of production and facility equipment. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure safety and productive maintenance practices.

The role requires reading SOPs, performing repairs, and supporting building operations with minimal supervision. On-site position with potential for off-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma / GED and 3 years of experience in building maintenance or related area.
• Must have 3+ years experience in commercial building maintenance, including materials, means and methods of construction.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow SOPs pertaining to facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily facility inspections to identify deficiencies and improvements.
• Complete general maintenance tasks as required.
• Hang equipment and move furniture; maintain all facilities.
• Assist with outdoor maintenance during inclement weather and periodic cleanups.
