Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect, identify, correct, and report deficiencies in facilities and assets.
• Perform skilled repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall and carpentry.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and document work in the system.
• Operate maintenance vehicles and snow removal equipment; respond to after-hours needs.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage supplies; ensure safety and cleanliness.
