Job summary

Bay Aging in Williamsburg, VA seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day real property maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks across Bay Aging-owned properties. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years minimum maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) and maintenance software.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Complete work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.
