Job summary

Brambleton Community Association is seeking a Facilities Specialist to perform skilled inspection, maintenance, and repair of the Association’s facilities, buildings, common areas, equipment, and other assets. The role supports community events and ensures a safe, functional environment that reflects the Association’s values.

Applicants should have hands-on maintenance experience in building trades, ability to read mechanical documentation, operate tools and vehicles, and respond to after-hours

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall or carpentry.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and assets.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and weather-related tasks.
• Operate maintenance vehicles and use power tools and diagnostics.
• Document work status and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Support events and ensure clean, safe environments.
