Job summary

Walser Automotive Group seeks a Maintenance Facilities Technician to manage a portfolio of buildings in the north metro. You diagnose problems, perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, and supervise partners to complete tasks. Training is provided; no license required.

Full-time schedule, Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., home base assigned by location. A company vehicle is provided for work hours; on-call weekends pay $100 per weekend.

Qualifications

• Experience in handyman, building maintenance, or skilled trades is valued.
• No license required; training provided for additional skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel between portfolio buildings to assess and resolve facility issues on site.
• Use ticketing system to plan and prioritize requests within 24 hours.
• Perform plumbing repairs: faucets, fixtures, leaks.
• Carry out light electrical work: switches, outlets, lamps, ballasts, drivers.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems.
• Carpentry and painting across buildings and grounds.
• Operate lifts and heavy equipment as needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day work with CBRE and partners.
