Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Maintenance Facilities Technician to join our team. This hands‑on role covers a portfolio of buildings in the north metro, with a focus on problem solving, prioritization, and ownership of the outcome. You will operate with a schedule from 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may include occasional on‑call work. You will receive training if you have a handyman or skilled trades background, and no license is required to start.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Flexibility and availability to participate in the on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Travel between buildings in your portfolio to assess and resolve facility issues on site.
• Use the ticketing system to plan and prioritize your day, responding to all requests within 24 hours.
• Handle plumbing repairs — faucets, fixtures, and leaks.
• Complete light electrical work — switches, outlets, lamps, ballasts, and drivers.
• Troubleshoot, service, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform carpentry and painting across buildings, grounds, and interiors, plus preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Safely operate a man lift, scissor lift, forklift, skid steer, and snowplow as the work requires.
• Coordinate with CBRE and other third‑party facilities partners, directing their day‑to‑day work in our buildings.
