This role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work with a target of completing work orders within 48 hours. You will mentor junior technicians, participate in on-the-job training, and respond to on-call emergencies as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent with a 2-year technical degree or related experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing repairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Schedule and ensure timely completion of work orders within 48 hours.
• Complete basic repairs to HVAC, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, plumbing, and windows.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitor building maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for the workshop.
