Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our Facilities & Operations team across Indiana. You will maintain safe, compliant environments that support patient care and staff daily operations.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and coordinate with vendors while traveling between sites. A hands-on, safety‑minded professional values teamwork, reliability, and quality service in a mission‑driven health system.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills.
• Knowledge of general maintenance practices and building systems.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between locations.
• Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance.

Mansioni

• Perform routine maintenance and complete assigned work orders.
• Conduct minor repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist with patching, painting, and general surface repairs.
• Install shelving, cabinets, furnishings, and fixtures using appropriate tools.
• Maintain lighting systems and ensure proper functionality.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and applicable building codes.
• Assist Facilities Maintenance Technicians with ongoing and pending work orders.
• Assemble, repair, and maintain facility furnishings and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility grounds and remove debris as needed.
• Travel between sites to support facility needs across locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on-site as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and leadership to address facility concerns.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent facility issues as needed.
