Jane Pauley Community Health Center is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our multi-site facilities safe, compliant, and fully operational for patients and staff. The role involves hands-on maintenance, minor repairs, and collaboration with clinical and leadership teams across Indiana.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills.
• Knowledge of general maintenance practices and building systems.
• Ability to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complete assigned work orders.
• Conduct minor repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Install shelving, cabinets, furnishings, and fixtures using appropriate tools.
• Maintain lighting systems and ensure proper functionality.
• Travel between sites to support facility needs across locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on-site as needed.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
