Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance experience in a multi-building environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Experience with maintenance tracking or CMMS/work order systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work across manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
• Day shift availability; occasional urgent support.
• OSHA safety training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Troubleshoot facility issues across manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces.
• Execute preventative maintenance and document work.
• Maintain safety, meet OSHA guidelines, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for improvements.
