Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Facilities Technician to support maintenance, repair, and preventative upkeep across a multi-building campus including manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces. You will ensure building systems operate safely and with minimal downtime, performing routine tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has hands-on facilities experience, can read blueprints, use work order systems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance, preferably within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, manuals and technical documents.
• Experience using maintenance tracking or work order systems is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environments (manufacturing floor, warehouse, office).
• Must be able to work a day shift and adapt to urgent facility needs.
• Technical certification in related trades and OSHA safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and general infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues across manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies.
• Coordinate minor repairs and adjustments to ensure production and fulfillment areas remain operational.
• Identify potential facility risks that could impact safety, productivity, or compliance.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules and document completed work.
• Perform regular inspections of building systems, safety equipment, and common areas.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update work order systems as required.
